1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping carriers.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (Free on all orders over $100)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (Flat rate applied at checkout)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lyrion London is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and take clear photos to assist our team in resolving the issue for you quickly.
