2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with top-tier domestic and global carriers to offer reliable shipping options. Exact shipping charges for your order will be calculated in real-time and explicitly displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your product leaves our fulfillment centers, a Shipment Confirmation Email is dispatched to your registered email address with your dedicated tracking number(s). The tracking link generally becomes active, scannable, and trackable within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lyrion London operates as a US-registered business entity. We are not legally responsible for any customs, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your package by your local jurisdiction during transit. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages, Defectives & Lost Packages

If your tracking status updates to "Delivered" but you have not received the package, or if your premium products arrive visibly damaged, please reach out to our administration team immediately:

  • Please retain all original shipping boxes, protective packaging materials, and damaged goods.

  • Kindly capture clear high-resolution photographs of the damage and email them along with your Order Number to our support desk within 48 hours of delivery so we can expedite a replacement or resolution for you.
